Step 1: Selecting paper type

(a) Technical paper

(b) Survey paper

(c) short paper

Step 2: Choose a publisher

(a) IEEE paper

(b) Elsevier paper

(c) Springer paper

(d) MDPI paper, etc.

Step 3: Suppose writing a survey paper using the IEEE format (Example)

(a) select five to ten survey papers related to your topic

(b) Follow paper content structure (General format)

  1. Title (7 to 10 words)
  2. Abstract (200 to 250 words)
  3. Introduction of your [Topic] ( 400 words to 700 words)
  4. Some recent surveys on your [Topic] (300 to 500 words)
  5. Different Techniques for your [Topic] (1000 to 1200 words)
  6. Experiments (1000 to 1500 words)
  7. Comparison of different techniques related to your [Topic] (500 to 1000 words)
  8. Future direction on your [Topic] (300 to 700 words)
  9. Conclusion (250 to 300 words)
  10. Acknowledgment ( 50 to 100 words)
  11. References ( 100 to 150 references )

Step 4: Writing content

(a) choose content from selected survey papers related to each section, which are mentioned above ( like abstract, introduction, etc.)

(b) write all contents by selecting paragraphs from the selected paper

(c) after completing writing in Word format, apply Quillbot and ChatGPT to remove plagiarism in your content

(d) rephrase your content using Quillbot software (make an account and select standard style and increase synonyms level in Quillbot.)( select 120 words for rephrasing each time for the free version in Quillbot)

(e) Rephasre and improve Quillbot text using ChatGPT software (make an account on chatGPT and choose a playground example for content writing)

  1. use this prompt: Rephrase and improve grammar ( [ your Quillbot rephrased text here ] )

(f) Replaced the Word file content with ChatGPT content to remove plagiarism in your content

Step 5: Improve each paragraph connection by revising

(a) add figures according to your text

(b) cite if you are using another paper figure

(c) add tables ( better make by yourself)

(d) add references (follow journal formats).
